Respecto a la próxima Conferencia Mundial que se celebrará en el mes de mayo, Quiero dirigirme a los devotos y líderes de las Organizaciones Sathya Sai, explicando los objetivos y los programas en detalle. Después de recopilar la información sobre el número de centros y sus funcionarios en cada estado, fusionaremos centros pequeños y formaremos centros o divisiones más grandes; también nombraremos a un líder de distrito para dirigir los centros en cada distrito. Los líderes estatales deben ser elegidos por los titulares de los cargos a nivel de distrito. También deberíamos formular reglas y reglamentos que regirán la Organización. Solo los representantes de los centros que están haciendo justicia a las funciones que se les asignan pueden ser invitados a la Conferencia Mundial. La conferencia de la Organización, en el Estado de Kerala, se celebró el 20 de diciembre. Representantes de nueve organizaciones a nivel de distrito se reunieron allí y eligieron al juez Erradi como líder estatal. El 24, hubo una conferencia a nivel estatal en Madrás, a la que asistieron representantes de 16 distritos; eligieron a Rayan Iyengar como líder estatal. Ayer, día 30, representantes de 20 distritos del Estado de Mysore se reunieron en Bangalore y eligieron por unanimidad a Gokak como líder estatal. Del mismo modo, algunas conferencias estatales más se están organizando, en las que se elegirán las personas adecuadas como líderes. Las reglas y regulaciones que rigen la Organización se ultimaron durante la Conferencia de Madrás. Dondequiera que íbamos, miles de personas se reunían y obtenían gran alegría e inspiración; era evidente en sus rostros brillantes. La devoción de la gente y sus actividades devocionales no se puede describir con palabras. Las personas pertenecientes a todas las religiones llevaron a cabo las tareas y actividades asignadas que se enfocaron en un solo punto. Hoy también le he escrito a Sevant; la carta se transcribirá al inglés y se le enviará. Puede reunirse con Sevant el día 10 y discutir todas estas actividades. Deje que Java le informe de los programas planeados en Bombay. Las actividades que está llevando a cabo en Bombay están estableciendo un ideal para todos los demás Estados. I am very happy to hear from Java about the activities going on there. Regarding the forthcoming World Conference to be held in the month of May,I wanted to adress the devotees and the leaders of Sathya Sai Organizations, explaining the objectives and the programmes in detail. After gathering the information about the number of centres and their office bearers in each state, we will amalgamate small centres and form bigger centres or divisions; we will also nominate one district leader to head centres in each district. The state leaders should be elected by de district level office bearers. We should also frame rules and regulations which will govern the Organisation. Only representatives of centres which are doing justice to the functions allocated to them can be invited for the World Conference. The conference of the organisation of Kerala State was held on 20th December. Representatives of nine district-level organisations gathered there and they have elected Justice Erradi as the state leader. On 24th, there was a state-level conference at Madras, wich was attended by representatives from 16 districts; they elected Rayan Iyengar as the state leader. Wherever we went, lakhs of people gathered and derived great joy and inspiration; it was evident in their shining faces. The devotion of the people ant their devotional activities cannot be described in words. People belonging to all religions carried out their assigned duties and activies which one-pointed focus. Today, I have written to Sevant also; the letter will be transcripted into English and sent to him. Tou may meet Sevant on the 10th and discuss all these activities. Let Java inform him of the programmes planned at Bombay. The activities that you are undertaking at Bombay are setting an ideal for all the other states.
